§01Sound familiar?

Everyone agrees AI matters. Nobody agrees what to do on Monday.

Most companies don't have an AI problem. They have a which one first problem, and every month spent debating it costs real money.

A small team meeting around a whiteboard in a sunlit office
the third “AI strategy” meeting this quarter
  • “We gave everyone Copilot licences in March.”

Weekly active users in September: 11%.

  • “Marketing, finance and support are each running their own pilot.”

Three tools, three contracts, zero shared data.

  • “The board wants an AI plan by Q3.”

It's Q3. The plan is a slide with a robot on it.

  • “I'm pretty sure nobody is pasting customer data into ChatGPT.”

    Somebody is.

§02What we check

Tools are the easy part. We look at the six things that decide whether AI actually works in your company.

  • Crates moving along a conveyor while a manager checks his phone

How work actually moves through your teams, not how the org chart says it does.

    What we do

    • Shadow the people doing the work for a day or two
    • Time every hand-off, re-key and copy-paste step
    • Flag volume, repetition and rules-based decisions

    Example finding

Accounts payable re-types 1,900 invoices a month from PDF into the ERP. ~260 hours.

§03How it works

Twenty-one days, start to finish. You'll always know where we are.

  1. Day 0

    A 30-minute call

We talk through goals, the teams involved and what you've already tried. If an audit isn't the right next step, we'll say so on the call.

A man on a video call at his desk
    day 0: a conversation, not a pitch
  2. Days 1–7

    We go and look

Short interviews, a day shadowing the people who do the work, and a read through your tools, contracts and data sources.

A manager checking a tablet on a warehouse floor
week 1: watching the real work
  3. Days 8–14

    We score everything

Each idea gets scored on value, effort, data readiness and risk. Weak ideas are dropped, and the reason is written down.

Hands sketching a process on a whiteboard
week 2: every idea gets a score
  4. Days 15–21

    You get the plan

A working session with your leadership team, the full report, and a 90-day plan your team can start on the next morning.

A small team listening to a presentation at a whiteboard
week 3: the plan, in the room

§04Free readiness check

How ready are you, honestly?

Eight questions, about two minutes. You get a score, the areas holding you back, and what to fix first. No email needed to see your result.

Q1 · Processes

How well are your core business processes defined?

§05Is this for you?

We'd rather turn you away than waste your budget.

A good fit if…

  • You have 20–2,000 people and real operational complexity
  • A senior leader is ready to own the outcome
  • You want a plan built on your own numbers, not a demo
  • Your team can spare about 4 hours over three weeks

Probably not yet if…

  • You've already picked your AI projects and only need them executed
  • You want a particular tool endorsed whatever the findings
  • Nobody internally has time to act on the results
  • You're a solo founder exploring ideas (the free readiness check above is for you)

§06Questions

Things people ask before they book.

Something else? Email hello@example.com and a person will answer.

  • No. The report is written for operators and leadership. Where something needs technical work, we spell out the skills required and whether to hire, train or outsource.

§07Get in touch

Stop debating.
Start with a plan.

Tell us a little about your company. No obligation, and if an audit isn't the right next step we'll point you somewhere better.

  1. 1.We reply within one business day
  2. 2.A 30-minute call about your goals
  3. 3.A written proposal: fixed scope, fixed fee
  4. 4.Kickoff as soon as the following week
